If any provision of the Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from the Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Use of our services

When you create an account with us and provide your design requirements online , you agree that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on Service. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. Any interactions with onboarded Architects/Interior Designers upon selection is conditional and subject to further mutual tri party agreements executed through Arclif Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We shall suggest or recommend other Architects onboarded with Agriha in case of non availability of architect of your choice or any other reasons beyond our control. We

All content published on Agriha is intended for personal and commercial use and are not limited to articles, illustrations, images, logos, fonts and video clips; and are protected by international copyright laws. The content is owned by Arclif unless indicated otherwise. You may not replicate, publish, reproduce, or in any way seek commercial benefit by using content from the Service without prior written permission from Arclif.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Arclif. Agriha- Online Architecture service, powered by Arclif has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
